Lyons McCloskey conducts several training programs to industry participants, both on and offsite, that increase the knowledge and expertise of mortgage servicer’s staff in how to effectively file claims and manage the loss mitigation process.  The Mortgage Bankers Association has contracted with Lyons McCloskey to train its members in how to effectively manage the FHA Loss Mitigation and FHA Claim Filing process.  In addition, clients have contracted with Lyons McCloskey to provide onsite training to their entire default staff including collections, customer service, loss mitigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure. Additionally, Lyons McCloskey has provided training in FHA Quality Control requirements, servicer monitoring procedures, and effective utilization of FHA’s Neighborhood Watch program.
