LYONS McCLOSKEY

Lyons McCloskey conducts several training programs to industry participants, both on and offsite, that increases the knowledge and expertise of mortgage lender’s staff in how to effectively file claims and manage the loss mitigation process.  The Mortgage Bankers Association has contracted with Lyons McCloskey to train its members in how to effectively manage the FHA Loss Mitigation and FHA Claim Filing process.  In addition, clients have contracted with Lyons McCloskey to provide onsite training to their entire default staff including collections, customer service, loss mitigation, bankruptcy and foreclosure. Additionally, the Company has provided training in FHA Quality Control requirements, lender monitoring  procedures, and effective utilization of FHA’s Neighborhood Watch program.
