We represent investors as well as servicers in bringing to satisfactory closure to the most difficult of defaulted loan servicing issues.  This service may entail a detailed review and analysis of loan files, meeting or contacting agency officials on behalf of our client, developing and advocating client positions, drafting complex correspondence that clearly summarizes the pertinent issues, and concisely  addresses case circumstances as well as relevant agency policy.
